How does subscription work?
Subscription is an annual service that includes software use, online updates and online or call center technical support.
My subscription is about to expire, what should I do to renew it?
Enter the Customer area and click Renew. If you pay by credit card or PayPal, the new activation code will immediately be sent by email.
What happens if I don’t renew the subscription, can I still use the software?
If the subscription is not renewed, will the software run in read-only mode? Record view and printing will be enabled but record editing will not.
Can I renew my subscription after expiry?
Yes, but 60 days after expiry the contract is not valid anymore and if you wish to renew it you will have to pay again the activation fee.
I subscribed only to the Analysis unit. May I eventually purchase the VTO too?
Yes, you will need to pay a subscription extension fee. Subscription expiry date will anyway refer to the first activation, not to the following extensions.
I need to reinstall Fast Ceph, what should I do?
Enter the Update section in the Customer area, download the complete software version, then enter your license and activation code.
I lost the license and codes, how can I get them back?
Enter the Code section in the Customer area. You will receive the codes automatically by email.
I purchased a subscription, can I network the software?
The same license cannot be used for several workstations.

If you already have a management software, you can export the analysis as an image
I edited the technique-system, how can I pass it on to a colleague who uses Fast Ceph?
You can export a file with the technique-system from the Analysis customization.
Give your colleague the exported file so that he can import it in Fast Ceph.
Can I save the case on a CD for the patient or for a colleague who uses Fast Ceph?
Yes. Export the case to a file (File > XML> Export to XML file) and copy it to CD or send it by email.
You can also eventually open the XML file directly (File > XML > Open XML) or reimport it.
Can I create a new case directly on an XML file?
Yes. When entering new patients, select the option 'Create on XML file'.
Images and analysis will be saved on file instead of in the database.
